There are times when searching the Windows store
you find that a particular app that you are looking
for is not available for download.
The non-availability of the relevant application
may be because it is simply not available to the
Windows Store. Alternatively the app may simply not
be available for download because the Windows Store
is not displaying the latest application updates.
To ensure that the Windows Store is displaying
all of the latest apps available to Windows 8.1 you
may have to reset the Windows Store.
To do the reset proceed as follows:
- On your keyboard press the Windows
Key and the letter R
simultaneously to bring up the Run dialogue box.
