Windows 10 is the latest and, according to
Microsoft, the last version of the Windows Operating
system.
Windows 10 will be an operating system in
constant development abd, as such, will be updated n
a regular basis rather than recreated as another
Windows version.
As well as all the standard features available in
Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10 has had its interface
modernised and also has the the following additional
features:
- Return of the Windows Start Menu.
- Music App now changed to Groove.
- Introduction of Cortana - Windows own
personal digital assistant.
- New Web Browser in the form of Microsoft
Edge.
- Windows Hello - requires compatible
fingerprint reader and/or camera.
- Redesigned Photo App - collects all photo's,
video's, etc., and organises them into albums.
